Air-conditioner to lend?

1) I'm looking to buy/borrow an air conditioner and some fans for the upcoming summer heat wave. If anyone has items to lend or sell please let me know. (We'll buy an air conditioner if need be, but will most likely only be here in Jeonju for about 2 years, so it would be nice not to have to buy an expensive new one).

2) I'm also looking for a pre-paid cell phone (again, for sale or to borrow) for overseas guests who are coming to stay with us at the end of May.

Never even tried on. I bought this for my wife, who said she did not like the colors, and it was way too long for her. No point altering an unwanted garment. (She's little, the outfit will fit a 160-175cm tall woman--of any girth).  Took it out of the plastic just to photograph it. Paid 190,000KW.
